The Three Pack/Medication Management
The Three Pack is a set of three 30-minute follow-up medication management appointments. These
follow-ups are not therapy. Appointments are done virtually.
The three-pack (complete set): $276 upfront, with each appointment scheduled at your convenience
within the allotted time frame (9 months from when the contract is signed).

Individual a la carte appointments: $100
After the period allotted, any unused visits will be forfeited, and you may then purchase another set
of visits or pay individual visits after that.
The Six Pack/Medication Management
The Six Pack is a set of six 30-minute follow-up medication management appointments. These follow-
ups are not therapy. Appointments are done virtually.
The Six Pack (complete set): $500 upfront, with each appointment scheduled at your convenience within
the allotted time frame (18 months from when the contract is signed).

After the period allotted, any unused visits will be forfeited, and you may then purchase another set
of visits or pay individual visits after that.

The Three Pack is a set of three One-hour medication Follow-Ups with Psychotherapy appointments.
Appointments are virtual. The follow-up is different from medication management. During
psychotherapy, we explore the causative or contributing factors of your current disorder and develop effective strategies to be used in real-life scenarios.
The three-pack (complete set): $414 upfront, with each appointment scheduled at your convenience
within the allotted time frame (4 months from the time the contract is signed).
Individual a la carte appointments: $150
After the period allotted, any unused visits will be forfeited, and you may then purchase another set
of visits or pay individual visits after that.
The Six Pack/Medication Follow-Ups With Psychotherapy
The Six Pack is a set of six One-hour medication Follow-Ups With Psychotherapy appointments.
