You will meet with your Provider virtually via a HIPAA compliant web-based video platform. Your Initial visits may run from 60-90mins, and your follow up visits may run from 15-45 mins, depending on client needs.

Every treatment strategy is tailored to the client and is discussed before being put into action. Depending on the needs of the client, treatment plans may include referrals or consultations from other professionals, such a therapist, primary care physician, registered dietitian, cardiologist, sleep study, etc.

After deciding on a course of treatment (during your assessment and treatment planning), medications are discussed, including rationale and indications for use, and side effects to monitor and report. All medications are sent via E-RX, an approved electronic prescribing platform. Most medications are ready in about an hour after they are sent unless there are special needs.

You can use talk therapy to deal with difficult issues or feelings connected to your demands for mental well-being. This type of treatment can assist you in identifying the source of a problem and offer you coping techniques and solutions to help you manage with daily life.

Visits are all telehealth, which uses a secure, HIPAA compliant video conferencing software. You
will be sent a link on the day prior to your visit.

Payments & Reimbursement
We apologize, we currently do not accept insurance plans, however, at your request, we will
provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We accept
credit and debit cards, FSA, HSA, and ACH transfers.
